Thanks so much. I have a wedding in June so I'd like to be under 200 for that one. We'll see. I saw your blog about soreness. Do you use any prework supplements like branced chain amino acids? They seem to help me with workout recovery.

No- I don't. I think I just need to get back into it. Once I am at it daily, it is harder for me to even get sore- but I took a week off and that's all it takes for me. Today I will take ibuprofen. :)
