Hey, I saw your journal post on our Challenge forum and I thought I would chime in. The only diet where I've been able to lose a pound a day is the one I'm on right now, which is The 17 Day Diet. The first time I did it, I lost 9 pounds in 8 days, but then the holidays came and I caved and stopped dieting. I just started it again this week and I've lost 4 pounds in 3 days. Just thought I would share! I know that when I get discouraged, I like trying a new diet, because it gives me new energy! It's a lot of work prepping food, but it's basically all just eating veggies, lean protein, fruits, and yogurt. Anyway, I hope you do great this week and meet your goals!!! Good luck!
