Still on this turtle crawl. Only lost one pound this week but I ate a little more I was really hungry. Though my clothes are getting to big for me that there is incentive! I can do this I am doing this!!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
