I am hoping when I meet with surgeon for post-op, he'll sign me up for Physical Therapy.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

allegra40, thank you! I was just able to do my little walk around the neighborhood, so feeling good. The PT will teach me what is safe to do vs what is not. Fingers crossed! Post-op appointment is on Tuesday.

That’s great that you’re already up and walking around! I would sure hope that you’re surgeon does refer you to physical therapy. If he doesn’t, then you should demand it.

Darwin, thank you! I will will know more on Tuesday! Kinda can't wait... I don't think the stitches are coming out by then, but at least I'll know more! I will share an update.
