69.9 kg Lost so far: 36.7 kg. Still to go: 4.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Thanks, Issy. Always wish things moved more quickly, but gotta deal with reality. This is one instance where being older is NOT an advantage! LOL!
