Spent a weekend traveling, partying, eating out, having fun at the spring football game. Now I'm up to 181.8! hahahahaha I'll have to get back with the program starting today :)
82.5 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You were right. I partied again at a concert on Tuesday then tightened up my diet. Back to 176.2 after a few days of healthy eating and exercise
