I started Fat Secret because I felt I’d lost sight of portion control and daily intake and liked the idea of an online community…not because I want to calorie-count for life. The last couple of weeks I’ve realized a digital scale was also a missing piece on that journey and happy it seems to be making a difference after the first couple of months before joining the app didn’t seem to trigger an appropriate pace of weight loss for my size. Onwards and downwards 🙂
158.5 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 99.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
