A 2-week check-in instead of my usual 1 because I was traveling last week and couldn't weigh. Not bad, considering I had a 6-day vacation and a massive amount of work stress. I tend to use chocolate to cope with work stress, and this time has been no exception 🙃
62.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job Writingwyo, for not gaining. I am so use to work stress, chocolate does nothing for me. But, a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.👍🌺

Thanks, Shrewdness! Yeah, as long as I moderate, a little chocolate won't hurt 😋 My boss knows I like dark chocolate so he usually hands me a bar of Trader Joe's 70% when he hands me a big assignment 😄
