So I we went out to eat for dinner after having some lab work done. I had `A la carte of grilled shrimp and scallops with baby red potatoes and green salad mix with two mixed drinks.. Then stopped at Mc Donalds and had an ice cream cone. And top it all off when I got home I had a FatBoy icecream sandwich. Back on track today. It is cloudy out so not sure if I will walk today when I get around to walking. I don't want to get out of the habbit of walking though so I have to keep pushing myself but I have been having issues with aching everywhere that is why I did lab work done to check my thyroid numbers( I have Hashimotos)and it is as I expected the numbers off and since I lost weight my numbers are running high, at least that is what I think is going on. Waiting to hear back from the endo. Easter weekend so I am not sure if I will hear from her by Monday or not. So until then I guess I will have to hurt everywhere. Though I didn't take one dose of my thyroid meds to see if I can ease the ache.
