Weight slowly going up again. Starting to feel better..recovering well but the weight seems to be coming back with renewed weight training.

I skipped my workout last night to go to a high-definition simulcast performances in Fredonia NY live from The National Theatre of London. It was the Academy Award® winner Sam Mendes directing Simon Russell Beale as King Lear.

No calories burned for much of the first part of the play but as Shakespeare's body count rose I was burning a few. Great performance.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
