another feel good day, I have been pretty "on track" with the eating and i feel almost energetic LOL almost!i just have to keep this up and make this a good experience, not a deprivation because then it is too easy to fall off this wagon!
88.8 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
