200 grams up vs yesterday... scary! lol.

still nervous that my weight will suddenly spike upwards.

my body at the moment seems so tired... i know i haven't been sleeping particularly well but i just feel so exhausted. and then the problem is when i'm this tired my hunger tends to spike.

still have my fingers crossed that i'll make it down to 54kg again.... but from here it is still quite some way to go...
59.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

I find similarly that if I had not enough sleep/it's really warm etc. I retain water and suddenly I see in the morning even 1.5 kg more - but they are just blips as in the next day or two the scale shows even less than before. Keep resting and be strong with your food choices! ;-) Good luck!!
