Been tired so broke down eating chinese food, burgers, ice cream and chocolate bars. Need to get more sleep. Also, not walking everyday.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
