Went off the rails this weekend. Went and visited a friend this last weekend and didn’t count calories. I drank alcohol (the last time I alcohol was one beer at thanksgiving) and ate like a king. I had a good time but now need to get back on the path. We all got this.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
