Sorry you have so much pain. Weight loss is so hard to do, to be so strict all the time is a real bear. And as we get older and have pain and mobility problems it just makes our metabolism lower making it even harder to lose, even though our joints would appreciate it. Back surgery is very scary, but I can understand that when nerves are involved we feel pushed to do it. If I read about it, or even think about it for myself I almost panic and have to get involved with something else. I am in a holding pattern with my lower back, even though it causes some sciatica in one or both legs. I wish to just slide into Heaven without it getting worse. This time last year I was flat on my back in bed, and couldn't even get out. Thank you, Lord, I am better than that. I'm praying the Lord will bless you, and ease your pain. And give you favor with that boss of yours. By the way, those pictures of yours show the weight you have lost. Congratulations, and your back and legs say thank you.
