A bit discouraged. I’ve been at this for almost a year, up and down weight with mostly healthy eating and ALOT more exercise. So I calculated my inches - I’ve lost 7”!!! Not bad. :)
73.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
