WRONG DIRECTION FOR SCALE MOVEMENT.
NOT SURPRISED.
THIS WEEK WILL BE 'BETTER.'
FOCUSING MORE ON EATING MINDFULLY.

...and listening to my BODY'S SIGNALS and CUES...
I can feel my 'ATTENTION LEVEL' WANING...
I think it's TIME FOR ME TO 'IDLE' and BE STILL.
REGROUP.
REFOCUS.
LISTEN INTENTLY FOR THE 'WHISPERS FROM THE UNIVERSE' TO GUIDE THE WAY.

Take time to digest it.

Utilize the inertia that ACTION precipitates, and MAKE A MOVE WHEN THE 'TIME IS RIGHT'.

But first, I AM TUNING IN TO FUNNEL THE 'ENERGY OF THE UNIVERSE' INTO MY OVERFLOWING 'CUP.'

THIS INCLUDES ALL PERCEIVED 'TRIALS', 'TRIBULATIONS', and 'BLESSINGS', ALIKE.
