allowed emotions to get best of me and let someone get under myskin, and late last night i ate an extra 1000-1200 calories shortly before bed. disgusted with myself for it.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
