Sign of relief. Back under 240, now to keep it moving (lol). Dinner at 9:30 pm last night so pleasantly surprised, and grateful.

Late dinner was not due to getting home late, but due to leg pain and not knowing what to eat. Looking for something that would be quick to fix and hopefully not too difficult to digest was a challenge. Given the amount of pain I was in all night, probably should have just gone to bed hungry.

Managed to remove the rock tape the Physical Therapist put on me on Saturday. Felt like I must have torn off some skin in the process, but it's in places on my back that I just can't reach. Lil sis was kind and put some lotion on the back of my neck and upper back region before driving me to work this morning. That has helped some.

Tried doing the throwback Tuesday, but not able to do photos from my work computer means dealing with what I can post from my phone. Those will be posted separately when I get a moment. Happy Tuesday y'all.

when it's late and I'm stuck, I eat eggs in some form, with or without yolks, depending on my mood. they are one of those things you can digest even when it's late.
