been doing well on my weight loss goal and i went nuts last night and ate a few extra cheese sticks, a big handful of animal crackers, and several servings of cheese rice cake snacks. luckily didn't gain much weight, hope it falls back off when i get back on track.
106.0 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
