I have to leave dieting behind, the numbers especially. over the years of trying to lose weight ive developed a toxic relationship with food. lose weight, gain more back. over and over. im going to work on intuitive eating and just give my soul a break. im exhausted from the roller coaster. if im hungry i will honour that hunger and eat something i enjoy. even if it would be on all the 'no' or 'red' lists. maybe the lack of deprivation will help with my binging. im working on intuitive eating now.

Do what feels right to you. Above all, be kind and gentle towards yourself. I agree with NotSkinnyEnuf, you’re a lot more than what shows on the outside.
