well I gained everything back over the winter so back at it I guess

69.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 10.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week

I had a bad winter too! More sunshine and lots of delicious fresh foods on the way should definitely make this easier ❤️
