Wish scales all weighed the same amount!!! Had to get a new scale and I weigh 2 pounds more on the new scale. As if a turtles crawl weight loss is had enough....
69.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
