It has been a struggle these past two weeks. Starting to see some downward movement, but not significant. Daily Average past five days 2,044, Carbs 5%, Fat 63% and Protein 32%. Will work on increasing my fat intake and reduce Protein.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
