Sunday was a cheat/break day. I was going to catch up on Pilates but decided to take the day off. Splurged on a pineapple, cheese, tomato pizza with whole wheat crust. Did the last day of my first month of the three-month dumbbell program today. Managed to fall and skin my knees while doing a one-legged lift so I'm backing off that exercise. Wednesday, I start on the second month of the dumbbell program with temps in the mid-nineties predicted.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
