100% 18/6 fasting windows. Mostly carnivore. Feel great.. no brain fog, more energy, very very upbeat and even more charming ( Didn't think that was even possible!! ) LOL :)
96.8 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
