Another week one more pound! This feels like a turtles crawl. Been trying to keep calories to no more than 1200 also burning calories with staying active and walking 6 days a week. I have learned I have to have a full day of rest or I burn out.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
