Crazy, I have been gradually going back up in weight. Not really crazy, I’ve been testing out how to eat regularly and to see what works and what doesn’t. I have a feel for what doesn’t now and I am going to get back on the path to healthy living. Stay positive, we all got this.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Individual goals take trial and error imo. There's no one size fits all for everyone. Keep at it man until you find where you want to be. I'm kind of in the same spot right now currently.

I’ve stalled out at 177-178 for a couple weeks. I wanted to see if it would help to change things up. I have to be patient, I feel it is a test and I have to study for it.
