Yesterday evening my family and I went over to our friends Kym and Todd's house to enjoy one of her fabulous home cooked meals. Her passion is cooking and her attention to preparation and flavor is a gift she shares with the people she loves. Last nights meal was inspired by Ina Garten whom she admires and is one of her favorite T.V. cooks. The meal started with beautiful appetizers made in cute little baked won ton cups. We had organic lemon herbed chicken, prochuitto wrapped asparagus sprinkled with her homemade seasoned bread crumbs, and yukon gold garlic mashed potatoes with home made gravy...Yummy. After dinner Mary, Kym, her 9 year old Zoey, and I decorated some beautiful Easter eggs for this coming Easter Sunday.

I am very happy for Kym and her family as they just moved into a beautiful Fair Oaks neighborhood. Their home is a lovely storybook home on a culdesac with ample yard and space which will be quite magical for them I am sure. Friends with benefits as I will get to enjoy their spa and pool this summer!
