its also been 5 days since ive had a bm. took a lax&softener last night and a lax this am. i do think i have something chronic that i need to get checked out... this is normal for me even not when dieting. HAPPY SATURDAY!

Goodness! That's a long time. Do get it checked out. The only time I ever had a problem was when I cut almost all carbs. Not good.

normal eating and dieting, its the same regardless. i just pay attention more when dieting.
