Today, I lost another 100 grams. I'm happy that I seem to be going in the right direction. I recorded my other stats from my fancy scale, digital and it shows that I'm down a percent in body fat. Not bad. Maybe I can find some form of resolution in the percentages that the scale shows. I will pay more attention to them.
Life is good.
113.7 kg Lost so far: 41.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
