147 lbs and dropping! Cycling two to three times a week around 25 km, some of it uphill! Thyroid happy because it is warm outside. Aching subsided but still have to be careful ;)
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
