I've been bouncing the same 8lbs up and down for nearly a year now. I can lose 5lbs in a week, and put on 3lbs in a day. Medication is to blame for some of it, as I can match losses to breaks in meds, but even when I regularly eat under my calorie level, and exercise, I still gain weight. This in turn restricts my mobility even further... you just can't win some battles.
