No loss this week. So bummed. While I thought I was doing ok with my foods, I wasn’t tracking. I’ll do better this week. One the plus side I’ve been consistently getting 3 workouts a week in.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
