Well it's obvious I got comfortable and dropped the ball, I was making great progress.

Time to start counting again, and keeping myself accountable. This time I'm going to make it last, I've had enough with the up and down on the scale.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
