I was proud of myself Friday night. We went to a concert (Chain Reaction at the Branson Landing) and at dinner I had a chicken salad. It was a steak house, so I was definitely drooling over the steaks and potatos and bacon and cheese and onion straws, but I behaved. I did eat some avocado, which is more fat than I should have, but at least it's a good fat. Where I used to work, they made fresh guacamole and sometimes for breakfast I would eat half an avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper. YUM! I miss that, and I will get back to that soon I hope. I was so exhausted Saturday after not getting to bed til after midnight and having to get up at 5:00 a.m. for work that I just wanted to die when I got home, but...I still did my 10 miles! And this morning I woke up two pounds less, not gonna get excited til it stays that way though.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
