No weight loss again this week, but with the Prednisone, that's no surprise. I AM surprised I didn't gain. I'm finished with that particular med, so now maybe I can get back on track. I'm still on the antibiotic and may be for a while yet. My lungs are getting better, but they're still pretty crackly. I just want to see the scale moving down again.

Jo, I am so glad that you are starting to feel better and that the lungs are clearing out!!! Hugs, my sweet friend! And you are right, at least there was no gain, and in my book that is a huge success!

Deb, I agree! I'm still feeling the effects. My food diary reflects that. I've had the worst cravings, and I don't usually have cravings any more. Damn! Thanks for the well wishes.

Stef, I am starting to feel better, finally. It looks like I'm going to need a second round of antibiotics though. If they had listened to me in the first place, this wouldn't have gone on for so long. They can look at me record and tell I don't ask for antibiotics every whip-stitch. I'm 67 years old. I can tell a virus from a bacterial infection. Thanks for the encouragement. I just hope I get over the cravings soon! LOL!

Z's, I wish I could claim to have will power. That's the problem. Apparently I have none. LOL. I've been giving in to the cravings something awful. I'm hoping they wear off soon or I WILL start gaining. I hate Prednisone!!!

I am feeling better, Bren. I'm still not 100%, but this had 6 weeks to get a good hold on me before they would give me any meds. They'd rather see you die than become immune to antibiotics . . . kind of defeats the purpose. LOL! I'm sending hugs back. -- Jo
