I don't know what I did but finally lost the two pounds that was holding on to me. Thought I would gain back because I didn't watch what I ate because my family was visiting. I even made cupcakes with delicious home made butter cream frosting. My husband and I even tried to figure out the calories in all that sweet goodness. Found a round about figure and used it. Yes, I ate three cupcakes. Yummy! But I am back on track. Seems that sweet indulgence did me good.. I also made my goal of losing 4 pounds by March 6th, 2022. I actually lost 7 pounds! Yay for me!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
