Scale is moving again... Hurray! What's different? Who knows. Haven't had cream cheese this week...only 2 meals a day...dinner earlier...added psyllium and more magnesium so I'm more regular (my guess is that's what it is). I'm just glad!!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's moving, that's all that matters :P I added fiber last year and that made a big difference in regularity for me. I noticed my fiber was only around 10-12g a day, even with eating "right". It was an "ah-hah" moment for me lol
