As unfortunate a set back as it is it’s been months and months in the making, I fell off and didn’t want to step back on the scale cause I knew what the damage would be. Logging when I jump back up is something I need to be comfortable doing, to hold myself accountable. Every time I fall off and get back on I feel like I know a little bit more than before. The next few months I’ll spend working to get back to my last weigh in before I gained 12 pounds back. I can do this!
