Yesterday was the first time in 2022 that its been nice enough out to open the windows, and I got my first walk in for the year! 4.9 miles, total 12k+ steps for the day -- first time hitting five digits in months.
I'm grateful for this site because of everyone who shares their struggles and successes! Y'all inspire me not only to keep logging/tracking even on my difficult days, but you motivate me to keep going.
