WTF! What a strange weigh in. After spending most of my evening on the can I GAINED three pound since yesterday? Not even gonna bother writing more. What a crap way to start easter. Hope it gets better.
No matter... Life is good.
115.4 kg Lost so far: 39.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's normal that our daily weight can fluctuate. Perhaps you have to much sodium intake. Do you weigh yourself the same time everyday? I experience the same issues where I can weigh up to 3lbs more then the next or previous day. Right now I am 10lbs over my goal...I think all that wine drinking has caught up with me but I'm back on track!

I hear you! Inspite of all peptalk to myself that I am not going to be a slave to scale, I hate it when the scale starts moving up and doesnt want to come down. I also have a water retention problem so can never be sure whether the gain is due to swelling or all the "treats" I cheated with. I usually drink lots of lemon water and green tea..may be you can try that.
