3 weeks since my last weigh in, and about 2 weeks of serious stress eating and emotional eating. This actually isn't too bad, I guess all of the running helps balance things for awhile. My BF % did go up 2 % though 😑
Back on track today, mostly because I polished off the rest of the ice cream last night, and the candy will be hidden until I've got a rein on my eating.
