Average 1744 per day, Carbs 4%, Fat 60%, Protein 36%. Have to stop drinking so many Cals, no problem to eat 1200 Cals per day, but an additional liquid 500 Cals is not helping me to reach my goal.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
