First time below 178. Starting to believe that muscle is fading since I am now doing body weight stretching and exercises as opposed to actual weight lifting. Good times, good place with good people. Stay focused, we are all in this together on a journey to weight loss.
80.4 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
