Well, I know what my maintenance calories are because I have been at 161 since my last weigh in. I will not give up and I will keep trying - I got to lose this weight!!!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
