I may lost a bit but some clothing fit differently but some don't I have so much room for improvements tho. I raise my coffee in honor of our hardships and to strength to continue on to a healthy US



ps does anyone else fry cauliflower so it seems you are having fried potatoes ? I love it can eat it at any meal.
88.6 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

You should try frying radishes, good sub for potatoes.
