I had to weigh this morning ... yesterday was an EXTREMELY stressful work day for me - I worked 8 1/2 hours, went to church for rehearsal, came home instead of staying for class, and worked another 3 hours. And I still didn't finish everything lol.
That being said, I have been drinking 1/2 a Major Melon Mt Dew any day that I needed caffeine ... yesterday I drank the entire thing!
So I woke up this morning thinking I would have gained some. I am down 6.4 pounds in 10 days :) I will take every single small loss and count it as a victory!!!
Keep up the GREAT WORK everyone!!!!
