Feeling very down about this - I swing from doing well until about 4pm . Struggling to get back ok the wagon. Going to measure portions more and read more of you lovely people's posts to try and absorb your motivation :) have a good week everyone xx

Nettie, all we can say is you are watching whats happening. Keeping tabs on things is better than ignoring whats happening. When the times right you’ll feel ready to TAKE CONTROL!!!

I know the feeling… my hunger thunder used to come at five… I programmed my meals and snacks so I’m not that hungry in the afternoon and it helps a lot. You should try to set your lunch time/ snack so you are not hungry..

I'm great all day but on an evening I pick iv had a loss 2 weeks on trot but I been back to picking, it's hard isn't it good luck hunny xx

Pptear - that is the best expression and description ever !! Hunger thunder !! 😂😂 Spot on - going to always describe it as that now ! Good idea re bit more planning ....trouble is , when we go we go don't we ? I have been known to eat 5 or 6 {100cal snacks in one go ... Or more .so will try and be more on guard I think thank you for taking the time to comment XXX

Heatherboardman - thank you yes that's it exactly ! I have no idea why that is like that for us - I have always calculated a 14 -16 hr fast every day because it's easier and had worked for the weight loss up to now but maybe I need to change back to calorie deficit ...thank you for your encouragement lovely xx hope you have a good strong week xx❤️
