Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!

Down a tad! 💃🌞 I came to the realization yesterday that I wasn’t going to hit my goal by March 22. Ugh, frustrating but I’m plugging on. But, also, we’ve been so busy, I haven’t taken the time to log my food nor journal and sometimes don’t weigh in. Not putting myself first or pure laziness…possibly both. I’m happy with my current status but really would like to have that lower BMI. So, I guess I need to do something about it! 💃🌞

Try to slow down a bit and just take some time out for yourself and you'll be happy that you did.

I know you are right Buenita but some days it’s just hard. I do take time when my granddaughter visits and play and spend time with her. But, with an 18 month old, it’s still pretty busy! But, I love it! 💞Have a great day!
